The C&I Corporate Governance Committee provides a forum for in-house lawyers to consider issues specific to them in relation to corporate governance, and its' members give their time freely.  Click here to view a copy of the Committees' Objectives

Nina Barakzai is Acting Chair. The Committee was founded in 2003 following a successful series of national breakfast “Scapegoat or Saviour” seminars on corporate governance. If you would like more information on the Committee, then please contact Nina Barakzai. The members of the Committee are:
