The C&I Corporate Governance Committee provides a forum for in-house lawyers to consider issues specific to them in relation to corporate governance, and its' members give their time freely.

The Chair of the CG Committee is Bruce Macmillan (Dell EMEA) and the Deputy Chair is David Haig (Banque AIG). The Committee was founded in 2003 following a successful series of national breakfast “Scapegoat or Saviour” seminars on corporate governance.
