As the organisation for lawyers in commerce & industry, we exist to support, promote, enhance the profile of and further the interests of all lawyers working in commerce & industry.

There are two arms of the C&I Group:
The Commerce & Industry Group (as recognised by the Law Society) is an Unincorporated Association (UA) formed by in-house solicitors for in-house solicitors, and is administered by a Committee.

C&I Group Services Limited (“the Company”) is an incorporated body formed in 2001, limited by guarantee, to carry out the commercial activities of the C&I.

Membership of the Company is open to Solicitors, Barristers, Company Secretaries, Legal Clerks, Legal Executives and Paralegals working in-house.

Members are able to enjoy many benefits and the most beneficial is the discount offered to subscribed members on C&I training courses - a saving of £100 per course for members.
